Born in 1977 (London), granddaughter of childrens' author Roald Dahl.

Was first discovered by Isabella Blow, a Vogue stylist/fashion expert who also lived in Sophie's building.In addition to modeling & acting, she also writes short stories, several of which have been published in various magazines.

On her ideal of happiness she quotes: "Being incredibly rich, living in Italy, cooking pizza barefoot and pregnant."

Made the base with quorn, carrots, zucchini and cherry tomatoes. The top is mashed potatoes with peas, an idea we got from watching Sophie Dahl's new cooking show. Potatoes and peas are my 2 favourite vegetables so what could be better? It's in the oven now.......
